"For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God." — Ephesians 2:8
We believe the Bible — both Old and New Testaments — is the inspired, inerrant, and infallible Word of God. Scripture alone (Sola Scriptura) is the final authority for all matters of faith and life (2 Timothy 3:16-17).
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — equal in power, glory, and nature (Matthew 28:19).
We believe Jesus Christ is fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the substitutionary atonement for sin, rose bodily from the dead on the third day, ascended to the right hand of the Father, and will return in glory (John 1:1-14; 1 Corinthians 15:3-4).
We believe that all people are born in sin and are by nature inclined toward evil and unable to save themselves (Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12). This extends to every area of human life, including addiction and bondage.
We believe salvation is entirely by God's grace, through faith alone in Christ alone — not by human effort, religious works, or twelve-step programs (Ephesians 2:8-9). God sovereignly and unconditionally elects those whom He will save.
We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates the hearts of those who believe, indwells every true believer, and empowers godly living and true recovery from addiction (John 16:8; Romans 8:9-11).
We believe the local church is God's ordained means of grace — a community of believers where the Word is rightly preached, the sacraments are properly administered, and believers are equipped for life and godliness (Hebrews 10:24-25).
We believe that those whom God has truly saved cannot ultimately fall away from saving grace. God preserves His people to the end (John 10:28-29; Romans 8:38-39).
We believe in the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost — the saved to eternal life with God and the lost to eternal separation from God (John 5:28-29; Revelation 20:11-15).
We believe that true, lasting freedom from addiction is found in Jesus Christ alone — through repentance, faith, the power of the Holy Spirit, and participation in the local church. While human resources and community may assist, Christ is the only sufficient Savior and Lord (John 8:36; 2 Corinthians 5:17).
"Addiction is the devil’s leash. He wants you dead. Christ is stronger."
